Healthy Holiday Recipe Guide

December 22, 2017

Eating a healthy diet doesn’t have to mean starvation, deprivation, or never having dessert again!

There are so many delicious recipes out there made from wholesome ingredients that not only look amazing but tick all the boxes for maintaining your health goals and supporting your body's nutrition needs.

As a general guide, food to enjoy includes: fresh vege sticks, pretzels, rice crackers, hummus, tzatziki and beetroot dip, fresh quiches, and fresh fruit.

Foods to limit include: creamy dips, pies & sausage rolls, chips & corn chips, lollies & chocolates, cakes & ice cream.

Remember, quality of life is important. It is not about deprivation or guilt, it is about making healthy conscious choices.
