Since becoming a Personal Trainer in 2009, I have acquired experience and knowledge in the areas of exercise, nutrition, health and fitness, business management , leadership and coaching. Along with operating a corporate gym and looking after 5 clubs for the same chain, I continue to find ways to develop myself as an expert and innovator in the industry continuing to test my clients abilities to continue to grow both in fitness and life.
I am currently A grade coach of Flinders Park netball club. 2015-16 I was involved as performance manager of the Adelaide Lightning Basketball Team. Working within these roles has taught me diverse training techniques in individual and group training sessions, while developing new approaches to coaching in the aim of continuing to gain maximum results.

Elke received her training as an Integrative Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition*, where she studied innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories – Ayurveda, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and everything in between.
