Hello! My name is Sheridan and I am a university qualified Nutritionist, with a special interest in gut health.
Since completing my degree, I have helped a number of individuals identify and achieve personal health goals, such as improve eating behaviours, increase fitness and energy levels, and create a balanced lifestyle.
I understand that individuals have different needs and therefore specialise in providing both personalised dietary advice and tailored meal plans to suit your specific goals. My passion for holistic health also ensures my clients receive advice that is practical in order for changes to be sustainable and long-term. This also includes supporting them to overcome barriers that they face day-to-day which may be holding them back from achieving a healthy lifestyle.
With nutritional research expanding every day, it is easy to become confused due to the wealth of information available to us. Therefore, I ensure the advice I provide is based on up to date, evidence-based research that has been sourced from trusted health professionals.
